1. General
By accessing and using thesampleclub.in you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Sample Club is operated by Pathspire Ventures Private Limited.

2. Products
All products listed on The Sample Club are authentic, past-season pieces sourced from international retailers. Product images are sourced from the original retailer and are for reference purposes.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Payment
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, and net banking through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available on select orders up to a specified order value.

6. Shipping
Orders are shipped internationally and delivered within 10–14 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on faulty items.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, images, and text is the property of Pathspire Ventures Private Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Sample Club shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or purchase of products.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
