Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final
As a curated sample sale, all purchases on The Sample Club are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing ananaya@thesampleclub.com with:
— Your order number
— A clear description of the fault
— Photographs of the damaged item
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement of the same product subject to availability. If the same product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Please note:
— Faults reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement
— Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible
— Minor variations in colour due to photography or screen settings do not constitute a fault
