ORDERS & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking via Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available on select orders.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing ananaya@thesampleclub.com with your order number. After 2 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they are processed immediately.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
We are unable to modify orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are sourced and shipped internationally. Please allow 10–14 business days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India.

Are all orders tracked?
Yes. Every order comes with a tracking number sent to your registered email once dispatched.

SIZING

How do I know what size to order?
Each product page has a Size Guide with international size conversions across US, UK, EU/IT, FR and numeric sizing. For further assistance contact us at ananaya@thesampleclub.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange my item?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a faulty or damaged product.

What if I receive a faulty product?
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ananaya@thesampleclub.com with your order number and photographs of the fault. We will arrange a replacement of the same product subject to availability.

What if the same product is not available for replacement?
In the rare case that a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit.
